This is the ultimate prom dress. It's light blue with two layers of tulle, an underslip, and a iridescent sequin spaghetti strap bodice. It features soft boning in the front and back of the bodice was taken in, a side zipper that was replaced, and is labeled "Kay Selig Inc". It is in very good vintage condition. It measures Bust 36" Waist 26" Hip 38". It could possibly be taken out in the bust, but I'm not sure how the sequins would hold up. There's minor stitching at the bottom of the zipper that's loose. Shown with and without a crinoline for fullness but doesn't come with one. This is an authentic one of a kind vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary). Flaws will be noted, but please ask any questions you may have as this is a FINAL SALE garment and cannot be returned. All items are measured flat the same way we measure our reproduction items.
