Kyoto Vintage Warehouse's Kimono is a piece of history that was designed between 1920 and 1940 and the brand's designer herself, Ulala, has decided to curate and bring to life again. This one comes with an hand-printed Ikat motif on patterned weave.
All pieces are made from pure silk in Japan within the last 100 years. Silk lasts for about a century, so whenever they work with antique products from the 1920s or 30s, they take extra care making sure the product can enjoy a long life with its new owner. Although Kyoto Vintage Warehouse does its best to select garments in the best possible condition, it is rare to find flawless pieces. It may be that an item has some minor stains, but if it is offered to the customer it means that the designer thinks it will still bring him joy once worn.
